Buying a Cheap Ass Rust Account

Because bans happen. Be prepared.

Let's face it -- Rust is a fun game with a shit anti-cheat, but accounts do get banned eventually depending on how you play. Whether you got too confident or EAC just decided it was your day, you're going to need a new account. And you're going to want it cheap.

Where to Buy

The safest and cheapest way to get a Rust account is through these two marketplaces. Both are well-established, have buyer protection, and sellers compete on price so you're not getting ripped off.

You'll find accounts sold with varying levels, hours, skins, and prices. Some are fresh, some have history. Here's what matters and what doesn't.

What to Look For

Tier Price What You Get Best For
Bare Minimum $3 - $8 Fresh account, no hours, no level Throwaway / testing
Recommended $8 - $15 Some hours, low-mid level Looking legit, avoiding F7 reports
Ghost Mode $15 - $30+ High level, high hours, $15+ inventory Official "Secure" servers, maximum blend-in

Our Recommendation

As cheat developers and users, we recommend getting an account under $15 with some hours on it. That's enough to look legitimate to other players and dodge the instant F7 report that fresh accounts attract. A level 5+ account with 50-100 hours raises zero red flags.

However, if you really want to disappear into the crowd, spend a bit more and get a high-level, high-hour account with a small inventory. About $15 worth of skins is enough. This gets you access to Official "Secure" servers -- which is a joke, because $15 is nothing to most people and the "security" is just a minimum inventory value gate.

The goal is to look like every other player on the server. Hours, levels, and a few skins go a long way. A fresh account with 0 hours on a high-pop server is basically a sign that says "report me."

Quick Checklist

Never link your new account to your main in any way. Different name, different profile, different friends list. Server admins and EAC can cross-reference accounts that share connections.
